Sanctuary Woes

Our little sanctuary is home to around 50 piggies, 2/3 of which are either old, palliative, special needs or have ongoing illnesses that need to be managed (i.e. osteodystrophy, dental disease, complex bladder issues, heart disease, lymphoma, and bone infections…). Because the health issues we deal with are more complicated than most, we rely on specialist vet care so that the piggies get the best opportunity to live out their days as comfortably as they can until their time comes.
